Unique approach to donuts. You choose your glaze and topping. Service was fast and friendly. Seems a happy place. The donuts are very warm when handed to you. They are tiny though - expect about 4 bites a piece. I'll be back, and this time with friends.

This place is tucked away, but worth finding. You can pick the toppings on your donut, anything from bacon to fruitti pebbles. The donuts are still warm and fresh when they hand them to you and on top of that they are delicious! They taste just like the donuts you get from the state fair. I'm glad we didn't get a dozen because I would have eaten all of them.

Best donuts I've ever eaten, hand down, and I know donuts. We are big travelers and we always seek out the local delectable donut shop and in Fish Creek, this is it! They've put a whole new twist on the donut.... all of their donuts are fresh, fried right there, cake donuts. You only choose the frosting, glaze or sugar and the toppings. You can create your own delicacy or choose from their favorite combinations. You can't go wrong with maple glaze on a fresh donut or, really, anything that comes out of the singing donut.

Try the Kevin Bacon. Seriously good. I love Door County but it's a good thing I don't live here. With easy access to these donuts, I'd be buying new pants every two weeks. The donuts themselves are the best cake donuts I've ever had none of that dry, mealy crap you get at the grocery store. These are moist and flavorful, they melt in your mouth. If you can't choose from one of the zillion combos, just have a plain donut, you won't be sorry!

A firm crust like a thin candy shell, while being soft on the inside. The size allows for quick cooking. Soft, warm, firm. Taking a bite into it (and we're just talking a plain cake donut,) ellicits a very sensual experience. The toppings merely serve to add variation to the donut eating fun. I so badly wish they had yeast donuts.

Singing Donut is a little hard to find, but it's definitely worth checking out if you're in Fish Creek. Customers get to design their own donuts (I did chocolate frosting with raspberry sauce) or they can choose from the small menu of topping combinations. They had everything from bacon to lemon zest. The donuts were surprisingly fresh and crispy--seriously delicious! Unfortunately the shop is hidden behind some larger shops, but if you're willing to search for it, you won't regret it.

The donuts are delicious but tiny, especially considering the price. The coffee however, is horrible. It tastes like watered down gas station coffee.

Such a fun experience! The father/daughter ownership is cool and they were terrific to chat with and happily gave donut suggestions. His favorite is Uncle Cracker (chocolate frosting, raspberry drizzle, with buttered crushed crackers. Another favorite is the Kevin Bacon, which is carmel glaze, bacon, and sea salt topping a fresh baked donut. They've only been open 5 weeks but are sure to be around decades. Also - great coffee.

On our hunt for coffee, we stumbled upon this gem tucked away behind a tiny store front. Hey they have coffee, awesome. But wait. They sell donuts that you can create yourself?! I'M IN! They have combos you can pick from or make up your own. The ladies behind the counter were super kind and I'd like to say that it was in one of the top 5 donut place I've been to ever. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. There were pictures of people on the wall who had eaten a full dozen in a certain amount of time. If I didn't have a full day of walking around places, this is something I think I could've dominated being that they aren't the biggest donuts I've seen.

The Singing Donut is a hidden gem! It is a great concept, and everyone loved deciding what to put on their custom creation. Be on the lookout for this place, since you will never stumble upon it on your own. From the street it looks like the place is out of business, and we all walked right by without a second thought. Luckily we were with someone who knew just where to find them. Maybe this place should be called "the hidden donut" instead! If you are in the area, you must stop and try one.....delicious!
